Offer Process
- You’ve found the home, now it’s time to offer for it.
- I will prepare the Offer for you and review all your options with you.
- Once completed, I will review the documents with you in detail and have you sign it.
- The Offer is sent to the Seller’s Agent who will review it with the Seller.
- Your Offer will either be accepted, countered or rejected.
You have Purchased a Home…
Now What?
Once you have an accepted Agreement of Purchase and Sale, I will guide you through the next steps, including:

- Notifying your Mortgage Broker
- Notifying your Lawyer
- Scheduling Movers
- Notifying Utility Companies
- Scheduling a Change of Address/Mail forwarding
